Very surprised to see them get behind Bill Morrison. I would have thought they would be for Stephanie Gatewood all the way. All the rest seem right on.

Oh my God, I know Roosevelt Jamison. He’s a songwriter, not a politician. What’s he doing running for mayor?
Bill Morrison was an outstanding candidate last year, and he will make a fine councilman. You should talk to him sometime, he’s not your typical City Council wannabe.

We did not find a personal profile on any of the candidates on your web site. Can you post background information such as employment, where these people live, and how they are so able to help run Memphis. We are wondering if the person running for our district even lives in it. How much personal checking did New Path do on these people or did you just take their word. Surely each of them offered someone to speak highly of them. What a frightening mess for the Memphis community to think that an organization wants to push off on the community people they really can’t know. Shame. This is really shameful. Where are your minds. Where can we move to. There will certainly be no help for Memphis with this slate of recommendations.

I completed a questionnaire but do not see where to access it on this site. At any rate, let’s take back Memphis one park at a time, and have fun doing so. America needs a Festival City, and Memphis is poised to step up — as long as we can stop the current policy of liquidating park assets.
Bottom line = common ground.
